Libertarianism and conservatism sometimes work together and sometimes they clash. Stan Ackerman will compare and contrast one type of conservatism--National Conservatism as advocated by Yarom Hazony in his book Conservatism: A Rediscovery--with aspects of libertarianism. See which parts of which you favor.
